Anne Servitto got her start in the workforce at the ripe old age of 15 when she auditioned for her first professional performing group located in Pittsburgh, PA. That training and experience led her to Syracuse University where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre. After graduation she moved to New York City to pursue her Broadway dreams and found herself waiting many tables at famed Upper West Side restaurant, Isabella’s. It is there, under the leadership of restaurateur, Stephen Hanson, that Anne learned great skills in customer service. While supplementing her restaurant job, working in voice-overs and singing in clubs and cabarets, Anne met her husband, Matt in a west village club. They soon started a family but eventually the experience of living in a NYC apartment with three kids was more than Anne could bear. Bursting at the seams and longing for a green space, she and Matt decided that city living no longer made sense. While searching for a home within a 30minute radius of Manhattan, they discovered Maplewood, NJ. In June 2010 the Servitto family moved into a rental home in Maplewood. They decided that renting was the best decision for them since they weren’t quite sure in which town they would ultimately feel most comfortable. During this time, Anne pursued her Real Estate license and began her career at Keller Williams. After a brief time, she used her new license to purchase a home in South Orange where they still reside along with their kids and adorable dog, Bingo. The process of finding her rental, to purchasing her home in South Orange, led to a new passion – real estate. Her love of real estate, meeting and helping people, set the stage for a great new career.
